The problem i have is the tail lights do not work the Power windows do not work, when i check the fuses everythig is good, when I check the fuse holder with a meter there is no power to these two fuses for the windows and tail lights. The dealership tells me it could be a module,does anyone now where this is located?, and know what they are talking about. I do not trust the dealership at all every time I go in it is a very expense fix or they are not sure. They tell me a new module would be around $400.00 , But again they do not know what they are always talking about, any just like to try things until they think they have it fixed. so can anyone help me with this.

It's probably the BCM (Body Control Module). The BCM is a common problem with GK Tiburons and yes, the part alone is about $500. Is the car still under warranty? If not, try to find one on eBay. The BCM islocated under the dash near the steering column.
