Default 1999 Tiburon reset button?

Hi, I just got done replacing the clutch in my 99 tiburon. The battery was unhooked for some time and I am thinking it some device in the car needs to be reset in order for it to start up. When I try to start up the car the dash lights blink as well as the parking lights outside of the car. Is there a button that resets the car so it does not think its in an accident? Thanks for the help.

Kyle

I figured out the solution. Apparently there was some sort of security device installed in the car and that was preventing it from starting. When i bought the car, i was not told about it and there was no evidence really of a security device.
