I have 2000 Tiburon with a bijillion KMs on it. We gave it to our daughter to drive to the grocery store and what not while she's away at University. When she brought it home the last time, she told me that getting it into 3rd is pretty difficult now. When shifting from 2nd to 3rd it will grind but eventually go into gear if your gentle about it. All the other gears work fine. My question for the group is the Tibby just dying a slow death or is there a fix for this thats not too expensive? I've looked at a few threads but I'm not really sure whether there was an answer that actually applies to this particular problem. Any advice would be appreciated.
