The AC in my daughter's 2001 Tiburon is not working. I went on the Hyundia web site and got the schematic for the A/C circuit.

If I remove the A/C relay, and short pins 1 & 2 (contacts), the clutch ingages. If I replace this relay with a known good one (others in the fuse box) the clutch still wil not engage. Now when I remove the relay and use a DVM to measure pins 3 & 5 (coil), I get 14 Volts on pin 5, and it looks like pin 3 is toggling fast between 4 Volts and 0 Volts.

Pin 3 goes to pin 48 of the ECM. Does anyone whether the ECM Bad?

Also, when I turn on the A/C, the two fans on the radiator turn on. Is this correct?
