i have a 2005 hyundai tiburon se and yesterday i started my car and i hurd like a snap and my clock has no power neither does my radio.. also my lock dont work unless the key is in run....and the interior lights dont work...i check every fuse over and over switching them out with new ones all...i cant figure out whats wrong and i would love to have all those things back please help me

 

I cannot find good pic of the IP fuse panel (BCM),,, but look for a blue fuse I think in a bright yellow plastic carrier.. chek it for voltage at each leg with DVOM.. other than that, inspect all the fuses in the dash there with DVOM. Use your owner manual from there to tell you what all is on that branch, and start looking for short most likely.
