Change gaugues colors ??

hey guys iam new to the site i just bought a 97 tiburon fx ..i was wondering if any1 knew if u can change the gauges or the lights begind them? is it easy to take the dashboard out??? thanks guys

i have seen people who change the color of the bulbs, and that does work, but in some cases, the bulbs are clear, and the gauges themselves are colored...
