It's not a hard thing to replace. Naturally you will have to remove the door panel first and from there it's pretty easy. Just one thing for you to know though is that the screws at the bottom of the panel do NOT need to be removed as they only hold the map pocket on and will not stop you from removing the panel itself. Hit up car-parts.com to get a used one would be my suggestion b/c as we all know dealers will rape you. Maybe you might want to consider hitting up the WANTED section at rdtiburon.com to see if someone has one available.

I fixed it . found the part at Bowser Hyundia that Saturday and picked it up and in about an hour was back on the road. I paid about 130.00 for the part. All is well now. I just have to replace the timing belt now. How much of a job is that?

Well, if you have to ask then get someone to do it for you. It's from $200-$300 if I remember right or that might have been for a wheel bearing.
