if no price limit i say a supercharger, i think they are about 3.9 but well worth it. if there is a price limit maybe a nice cool air intake if your looking to performance or body kit or sound system if into looks and showing off.

 

look on ebay... it depends what you are looking for.. there are many exterior/interior mods available for the tiburon.. it is a little more difficult to find what you want performance wise on ebay.. i saw a borla exhaust, some racing headers on there that will add some horses and not that expensive
