My Tiburon has a body kit and I bought the car with it all on there, from Indiana which is a state that does not require a license plate in the front, but I am in Ohio and they do require it. So how would I go about doing this? I do not want to drill holes!! how can i go about putting a license plate up in the front, and where should I put it?

Sorry but you are going to have to drill somewhere to attach a licence plate mount either on one side of the bumper or fabricate a bracket in the lower grille opening like the following:

 

I was going to sell it.. but havent gotten any response so im gonna keep it for another year or so.., but where can i get a mount?

 

Just do a google search on "licence plate bracket" and you'll find some. Pick what you like best.
