I just bought a 2005 Tiburon where the previous owner had an aftermarket stereo in. He took the aftermarket stereo out and put the stock radio back in but now it doesn't work. The display doesnt work and the volume control doesnt work either. Is there anything I can do to fix it myself without buying a brand new one.

 

You'll have to pull it out and make sure all the wires are still intact and not cut first. If the wirs are OK, you'll probably have to but a used stock HU on eBay.
