when its cold overnight my tib has problems starting i have to pump the clutch a few times any advice.

 

Pump the clutch? Cold weather does make it harder for a car to start but can you describe exactly how it's hard to start? Does it crank slow? Does it crank normal but it takes longer than normal? Doe it not crank at all? Also, what year Tiburon and what engine?

 

i have to press the clutch a few times then try to start it. its a 2008 se 2.7l

 

Floor mats/extra carpet under pedal that not allow it to travel enough to push the inhibitor switch to allow electric to flow to solenoid to allw starter to run ??

Or the pedal switch is crapping out ?

If switch is taking dump, 5yr/60,000 warranty... extra carpet and mats not warranty.
