Hi, I have a v6 2.7 2002 model Trajet. When ever the a/con is turned on car the jerks or like misfires. This happens only when idling. Its perfect on the run. When a/c is off, no problem. Any help??

 

You may want to look into a few possible reasons if your Hyundai Trajet V6 2.7 is jerking or misfiring just while the air conditioning is on and the vehicle is idle. But one ot the reason what i have experinced is the quantity of air that enters the engine when it is idling is controlled by the idle air control valve. It may cause harsh idling if it gets dusty or malfunctions, especially if the A/C is running at a higher load. The problem could be fixed by cleaning or replacing the IACV.
