My 51 plate trajet makes a grinding noise (like metal on metal) and some sporadic knocking, it happens when i start the car up or it is idle, when i bought the car it had no oil or minimal oil so obviously i put some in and this problem either started or got worse or bad enough for me to notice.



i have been told (ha ha ha) it is the power steering pump, now on the mot the power steering pump had slight seepage the lvl in the reservoir hasn't gone down.
