My wife just got this car and already issues the A/C stopped working today as well as the door FOB both of which were working just fine.She said she switched from A/C to defrost to clear the windows and when she switched back the compressor would not engage.It has plenty of gas in the system and all the fuse seemed ok although I just visually inspected them.I even checked the compressor connection.I understand the Hyundai compressors have an internal valve instead of a clutch but she said she could tell when it was engaged.I guess I'm just fishing for possibilities or suggestions.

 

What settings are the controls turned to?

 

The FOB might just need a Battery. Some Auto Parts stores have a tester. Or you could remove it. And check with a DVM.

 

Use the control ***** again
Turn them several times to see if it will click in and work?
