2012 Tucson f/l wheel bearing
Hey guys, I have a 2012 Tucson limited, and was wondering if it's possible for me to replace the front left wheel bearing on my own? The closest place I've found that will do out wants like $700. I don't know the steps, our what tools would be needed, but i can't afford that much to have it done by a mechanic.

Yes it is possible. Can you do it?
I don't know your level of mechanical skill
Also, I don't know if you have the specialized tools to do so.
Do you live in the rust belt?
Where it snows and the plows put salt everywhere?
If you do then it just became ten times harder to remove the necessary bolts
Check out youtube videos on how to replace wheel bearings.
Even if they don't show your specific vehicle
It will give you a general idea of what kind of work is involve
And maybe get yourself a manual to know what type of wheel bearing or hub assembly
Some are pressed on and others are bolted on
Both are difficult to get out.
Good luck
