Automatic gear will not shift until warm up

Hi guys;

My Automatic gear will not shift to "D" unless I let the engine warm up for 15-25 mints in cold weather

I have changed the transmission oil without success

Ive had my 2010 tucson for a few weeks now and havent had that problem
