Default heating problems with tucson 06

I have a problem with my heater blowing cool to cold air when I am trying to get warm air in my car. The dealership is saying it is because it is an automatic system and if the temperature in the car reaches what I have it set for, it will start to blow cold air to keep the temperature constant. I am trying to get warm air, so I keep increasing the temperature, but it isn't until I set it at high, that any warm air blows in. But that air is so hot, that I can't keep it on. The dealership just keeps saying it is working according to its specs
anyone else out there having this problem??

I am not sure if my original post worked - but I am looking for feedback from anyone that might be experiencing problems with the automatic heating systemblowing cool to cold air when you are trying to get heat in the car
thanks

Have you ever had he coolant flushed? There could be a few probelms. One is a stuck open thremostat. The second is a clogged heater core. Third could be air in the system not allowing coolant to get to the heater core. Take it to a mechanic to have it checked out.
