My husband is trying 2 get the alternator out of our 2006 Hyundai tucson limited with a v6 2.7. He's taken everything off & it's sitting on the engine but he can't get it out. Everything I've read says you have to take the axle off 2 get it out but he's still having trouble so I'm trying 2 do anything I can 2 help. He HATES working on cars (He's at the point that every sentence has at least 3 cuss words in it so I know he's on the edge which means he's gonna start throwing & breaking things lol) but is quite capable of fixing just about anything... any tips that will prevent him from breaking anything else while trying 2 get it out?
