Hi, so I have had an issue with my radio since I purchased the car.
at first it just turned off, and would randomly work somedays for about 10 minutes and then turn off again.
i had my dealership replace the radio and when I turned up the volume it automatically shut down.
i figured the fuse blew in the back of the radio, so I replaced that and it finally works again, the issue is now there is no sound anywhere in the car since I replaced the fuse. Everything turns on, I’ve reset the radio multiple times, I’ve replaced the two 10 (audio) fuses, and I’ve tried everything I could find on forums.
any other opinions?
anything helps, thank you!

There it sounds like 3 possibilities and until they get checked out could be none of them.
The first, if the fuse(s) were blown, there is an excessive current drain (Possible short ) that the fuse is supposed to carry.
Second; with no sound , possible antenna/ speaker problem
Third- if volume quits when it is turned up , internal problem (Output component).
This is all just thinking out loud, but IF , the radio was replaced and the same problem exists (Radios don't usually pull that much current ) there could be something preventing full power available to the radio to operate correctly.
So as you can see, it will require some detailed checking and a typical service dept can only replace the radio. You may need to consult with a radio repair shop.
