so I bought a Tuscan Hyundai 1.6 sport awd last year about at the end of December 24 of 2016.. everything works fine but at points it takes awhile to take off like I spent on the gas and it just doesn’t take off... there other times that it shakes really bad when it’s about to take of (the dumb *** dealer told me that just happens because it’s a new truck which I kNew that was a lie but the wife loved it so I bought it )... So if that wasn’t bad enough I took the truck in to a official Hyundai dealer to change my oil n two filters they said needed to be change (let me inform you that the truck never did this before for as long as I had it) do I got that done and like about a week later my muffler started to let a lot of smoke out and out of nowhere my check engine came on.. took it back and they told me that they believe that happened because my engine had oil slug in it... so I had them flush the engine and add new oil right my check engine light it’s gone but it’s still smoking out the muffler really bad and it smells like it’s burning the oil.. sucks ***** because I just had a daughter and I can’t even turn on the heat at times because the smell .. please guys I need help

Call Corporate and ask for help??
Call Dealer??
Bring up lemon law and see if you can get your money back??
