Because things can get confusing, it would be best if you were to explain fully the problem as you see it .

Is it only one plug or a couple a few or several. Which plugs , on which bank ? After a while we learn not to take anything for granted and get the most complete info available.
What have you tried? Was the engine hot or cold when removal was attempted.

Default Seized plug on Hyundai Tucson.I h

I had already replaced no 4 which was faulty.I decided to replace the remainder.started on number 3.Cold engine.NO movement at all.Tried with longer extension for more leverage.No movement at all.Did not wi sz h to use any excessive force for fear of damaging thread.poured we 40 and left to soak in.

I prefer to use PB Blaster .. I believe it works better than WD 40..
