If I try to step down to at least 1/2 way or more on the gas the car just bogs down and doesnt want to go but if i let up to about a 1/3 it will. sometimes it will hang in rpm to 3500 -4000 before it shifts. The car has had the pedal position sensor and the tps changed already from other issues. This new issue however is not triggering any codes.

Any help is most appreciated.
