Default Driver seat is not heated

Hi to all,
Last weekend I bought XG350, 2003. Overall, it is a solid, good car.
However, the heating of the driver seat does not work (the passenger seat's heating works well).
When I press the button, the small light in the button is switched on but the seat remains cold.
I suspect that there could be a fuse problem or relay problem.

Can anyone advise where the fuse/relay is located that responsible for the driver seat's heating?

Or an open circuit in the seat grid or seat back grid...

Swap the switch, see if the seat works then..

Beyond that, a DVOM will be needed to test for power (actual voltage) and ground, and resistance of the grids..

Thank you for the input.
It is a good idea: to swap the turn on/off switches. I will check it out.
Can you help with fuse/relay location?

sbr711,
I've tried to remove the buttons, i.e. the heater switches, and did not succeed at all. They are too deep. I was afraid to break the buttons or plastic around them. Probably, I need to remove the whole panel and reach those button underneath.
Do you know how to remove/reach the button?
