Question Passenger Armrest repair

Twice the plug holding the top edge of the passenger armrest has broken, causing the outer portion to separate from the top (where window control is)section. Last time Hyundai paid for repairs (they said they had never had that problem reported) that would have cost over $1500...replaced whole inner door panel. It just happened again and I want to try fixing it myself....does anyone know how I can loosed the armrest to expose the inner workings?

Default Mine broke too

I don't know how to fix it, but I just wanted to let you know that my front passenger door armrest broke off too. I suspect it's a common issue.
