Exclamation xg350 needs help

Hi all and thanks for viewing this thread. Just let me say in advance thank you for any suggestions you might have, all are appreciated. Ok, here's my problem. In January, I bought an 02' XG350. It ran great. Then two weeks later, I was taking a sharp turn and accelarated to go up hill and had a sudden power loss. Now the engine doesn't want to run. If the engine is cold, it will fire right up, run for a few then die. Won't restart until it cools down again. We've replace the mass airflow sensor, throttle position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, all the plugs and the coils on the plugs and the fuel pump. If anyone has any ideas, I would be more than glad to hear them as I have been without this car for almost two months now and its driving me crazy. Once again, thank you in advance.

Did you do a trouble code scan? You shouldn't just go replacing all those parts without first doing a scan because it is possible one of those parts is DOA. These days, doing electronic engine work without a code scan is like sailing a ship without a compass.

If you can get your car to an Autozone, they'll do a scan for free. Just tell them you have a "Check Engine" light. Don't let them diagnose your problem and sell you parts, though. If you get codes, report them back here for the in depth analysis.

If there is no codes, then next I would check fuel pressure. You could have a clogged fuel filter, and that won't make trouble codes.

Agree, R/R fuel filter if no codes are found also can be fuel pump being clogged by stuff in the tank.

My mechanic says the fuel pressure is fine. His scanner isn't picking up any codes. I don't know if he checked the filter when he changed the pump or not, but I'll ask.

If it starts ok when it's cold, then dies when it warms up, it speaks fuel problem to me.
Could be a loose connection that craps when it gets hot, but not too likely. Try the fuel filter.
