I recently purchased a 2001 Hyundai Accent GL automatic sedan. Had work done on motor, bought it from someone who lied through his teeth saying car had electrical problem. I have one MAIN problem. the transmission tends to stay stuck on 2nd gear. there are times i drive it and it shifts normally with no jerking or nothing, but after a few minutes it gets stuck on 2nd gear for the remainder of the day. what may it be the issue? i hear its the solenoid or in need of a tune up ?
