Thanks for at least being honest and let us know of the power washing ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,saga !!
Not knowing where you reside, you might get lucky if you have to wait a week or two and if it is dry enough the moisture might just dry out and maybe run good again.
Unfortunately, what looks good on the outside could be getting corroded with unseen corrosion and this could provide you with something to do for a long , long time
.It might be a good idea to let us know what symptoms your vehicle shows after a possible dry out period. The water has gone under the bridge , so to speak, and all we can do now is to hope to find and correct each problem one at a time.
Something you might consider would be to unplug some connections and look for water intrusion and dry them out and cleaning the contact pins.holes with some electrical contact cleaner.. The connections to the computer, depending on where it is located, might be a good place to start.

Whatever you do , DO NOT unplug any connections with the engine running or the key on !!!..
