Default 2008 Hyundai Elantra - Why are the blinkers not working on a new headlight assembly?

I bought a new pair of headlights from eBay Motors for my 2008 Hyundai Elantra. Apparently the ;low low beam bulb changed during that year.

The low beam in my old headlight assembly used an H11 while the new requires an H7. After getting new bulbs my mechanic installed the new headlights only to find out the blinkers don't work.

The wires look to be intact. Two yellow wires for the low beam, white and black for the high beam, and brown and red for the blinkers.

Does anybody have any ideas why?

Thank you all very much!

There could be a dew reasons and what I would suggest for your mechanic to do is,

Verify power is getting to the signal lamps when selected. Can be easily done with a simple test light.

If power is getting to the lamp when selected, there is a ground wire connection missing.
