2011 elantra gls cranks won't run

Yes it's getting spark, it's getting gas, but codes just did plugs and still nothing... Some times it acts as If it wants to but then the the starter grinds...

What does "Just did plugs mean"? Be as specific as you can.
What was the condition of the removed plugs, wet/dry?
