A/c not working,the blower (it's working.I tested it on the battery,apart from the system)eventhough it is getting current at the plug end it is still not spinning.What is causing it not to spin?
Where can I get a free guide to a complete a/c repair including all components related to the full functioning of the a/c.

1995/1997 Hyundai accent.The blower is working ,I personally check it on the battery,but when it is connected to it'sown lead wire ,it is not working .The wire has output at it's end(current).the resister is okay.Is there other components related to the system that needs to be check?How can I check the lead wire for consistancy or if it is properly grounded.
