does anyone know how to put a cone air filter in a 2006 tiburon and how to put
it in trying to get more power and mpg with gas

Doesn't matter. The V6 intake will fit the 4-cyl.

... ok... the cold air filters should be easy as pie to install #1... and #2 git a K&N air filter... lifetime warrenty, and easy washing. way better then injen.
