Hello!!
I am the sad but happy owner of a used 2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS. While I love the look of the car, the car itself has been nothing but an issue since I started financing it back in June. One issue in particular has been covered under the Hyundai warranty and I still have ongoing problems with it and not sure how to proceed. I had the entire steering column replaced, including tire rods and front axle. When I had addressed this issue for the 5th time, I was told it couldn't be possible...until I went down to Grand Forks for a long weekend. Granted the roads in Canada are bad, and the US roadways are nice and not full of potholes, it took all my strength to keep my car in a straight line all the way out there and back, including city driving. When I brought this issue up to my Sales Rep, I was ignored. It has been 3 months since then and recently found out he was no longer working at the dealership, hence the no response. So confused on what to do now. I'm stuck with this car for the next 5 1/2 years with no help from either the dealership where I purchased the car from or the Hyundai dealership who replaced the steering. I may be a female, but I'd really appreciate not being jerked around like I'm an idiot thank you very much
