This is the very first sales job I've ever had and I was hoping to take a new angle for Hyundai customers by joining a forum and really finding out what people like/dislike about our cars. Hey Eric... My wife and I recently purchased a 2010 Santa Fe. Let me tell you that Hyundai hit the mark when they rolled out with this SUV. Where to begin, the out standing turning radius, reclining rear seats, spacious cargo compartments, USB port, and love how the center console is slanted towards the driver. Haven't found anything we don't like about the vehicle. The only thing I can think of is the side mirrors. When we try to position them with the hand control they don't move fluent. Left is more like up and left, so on and so forth... Nothing to get bent out of shape over. In "08" we both got rid of our SUVS and bought 2 "09" Sonatas. This was the start of our love for Hyundai. Well, I hope this helps. Be sure to point out those features besides the awesome crash ratings and gas mileage when you go to sell.
