If you reside and drive on roads that are salted in winter, While your vehicle is new and clean you might consider having it undercoated to prevent it rusting to the point you have to spend a lot of $$$ or it is unsafe to drive. Plastic doesn't rust , but the underneath does and with salt helping ,it doesn't take long.
