Hi - am on my 2nd Hyundai - 1st was a 2006 Sonata now am driving a 2015 Santa Fe .. having issues with the Santa Fe -- was driving to family yesterday - downshifted exiting highway into turn - came to complete stop shifted back into drive made the turn vehicle died - no weird noises prior to stall - pulled off road - attempted to jump - no power issues - all belts good - only warning lights on dash are - oil pressure and electrical charging ( oil can and battery ) check engine light is on due to oxygen sensors - cannot find an emergency shut-off switch - disconnect battery during tow to home - vehicle still will not turn over - only get a click upon turning the key -- any advice would be helpful

If you are getting at least a click when attempting to start, there is a thing or two you might try.

If you turn the headlamps on, do they shine normally? If not cable connection problem or battery is low.
If they come on normally, have some one attempt to start the engine.
If the lights stay the same , poor connection to the starter or solenoid.
If the lights go dim or out , poor connection at battery or the other ends of either cable or starter problem.
Check, remove , clean and reinstall cable ends.
Unless there is a starter problem , it should attempt to start now.
Let us know how you make out , thanks.

Default Tried all Battery checks

Hanky - tried all of the hints - lights are normal - battery full - will operate all electronics in the vehicle..due to when the vehicle died and the shifting - could it be the transmission range inhibitor switch?

Some things just are not clear.
What do you mean check engine light is on due to oxygen sensors?

What EXACTLY DOES "TRIED ALL HINTS REALLY MEAN ?

If the trans range sw were defective , you would not even get the click. Why do I suspect info presented back is not ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,accurate?
