Default Saying hi with a question

Hey everyone i just joined up to see if someone could help me out about getting some service done on my 07 Accent. Just the other day is started making this weird grinding noise whenever i put it in reverse. I think its still under warranty and was taking it back to the dealer I got it from, but I heard that taking it to dealers is a bad idea when getting major service done. that most aren't very good and mess up more than they fix. Is this true should i take it somewhere else? Does anyone have any experience at my dealership http://www.mikekellyhyundai.com/ and can tell me if they're any good? or is there a good shop in the the butler area of PA that you can recommend? thanks a bunch.

I've taken all my Hyundais back to the dealer every time for major service or warranty work. They were always great. However, some dealers are better than others.
