Hey up, so I was wanting to do a fuel filter change. So going by actual servicing operations I need to depressurize the fuel system (have car run than disconnect fuel pump relay so it stalls, depressurizing the system). The issue is I have no clue where it is.

Through looking on youtube on an Elantra 97 I've seen that its under the drivers steering wheel area, now there are 2 relays there. Issue is I dont know what either of them do (still learning this stuff.)
