? Bad crankshaft pulley?

? Bad crankshaft pulley?
Just purchased 2001 accent with 1.6 engine and replaced A/C belt as it was riding 2 ribs off towards the block on the pulley.
New A/C belt was put on and it did the same thing, looked at the A/C pulley and it sits out about 1/4-1/2 inch. Pulled the A/C clutch and checked the snap ring which was in place, as was the pulley bearing.
Then looked at the Alt/ Water pump belt and it also seemed to be out from the crank pulley.
Took the crank pulley off andlooked at the inner hub/outer pulley and it was flush on the front with a 1/2 overhang on the back.
Is it possible that the pulley shifted towards the rear on the vibration damper rubber?
This is the only thing I can think of to offset the A/C and other pulleys, unless someone put on a wrong crank pulley.

RE: ? Bad crankshaft pulley?
Last week just finished all belts including timing belt that totals four altogether, so far all is running well. I found the harmonic wheel to be in flush face with the rubber bushing protruding approx. .06" beyond wheel and hub, all face surfaces should run perpendicular to shaft within a few thousands +/- .004 -.008 runout, this can be checked on the engine or bench or a lathe. The wheel tensioner for A/C should be flawless and mounted squarely to it’s slide mount. Adjust the bolt so when your finger depresses the belt between pulleys a deflection of about .20" occurs. Tighten down the A/C idler mounting bolt if you don’t a wobbly offset will cause belt to walk-off. A much to tight or loose belt as well can walk a belt.
