Default Driver's side mirror

Hi all,

One of my co-workers has a 2004 Elantra and has just had the driver's side mirror broken off for the second time in 2 months. I don't want her to have to pay the $300+ dollars the places are quoting around here, and have replaced quite a few mirrors on my own/families cars before. Does anyone have any pointers or diagrams I can look at so I don't break anything like a clip?

Thanks!

P.S. I did a search for this but couldn't find anything

OUTSIDE REARVIEW MIRROR REPLACEMENT

Take care not to scratch the mirror and door.

1.Lower the door glass fully.

2.Carefully pry out the mirror cover (A) by hand.

3.Disconnect the connector (A), then remove the mirror mounting bolts while supporting the mirror (B).

4.Installation is the reverse of removal.

Make sure the connector is connected properly.
