Below is a picture of the intake manifold on a 2006 2.7L.
The vacuum diaphragm shown rotates something in the intake manifold.
The seal on the part that rotates is bad and there is a vacuum leak.
I find no reference to this in any parts diagrams. Do you know what this is?
I need to order the seal for the manifold, but have no reference.
Special items like that are considered "Dealer Items". Any questions you have for specialty items like that a dealership parts dept should be able to answer any questions on parts used there.

Hey Tucson123,
I'm wondering if you found a solution to the leaking seal on the variable intake actuator on this manifold?
I have a Tucson with a vacuum leak, first repair was the two shaft seals on the throttle body, 14mm x 10mm if anyone is interested.
Now that the throttle body leak is solved, now the two variable shaft seals are leaking.
My local Hyundai dealer is not much use, in fact did not even know what I was talking about until I showed him this video describing it.
