Default 2013 Accent blinker problem

I have replaced my front, driver side blinker bulb 3 times, yet it continues to blink rapidly and is dimmer when my lights are on. Is there a fuse I can check or a special kind of bulb I should try?

Need more info. Is the rear turn signal bulb blinking fast too and just the front one? Does the rear one blink at all or normal. What about he passenger side? Do you have LED bulbs in either?

Passenger blinkers work fine and yes, the rear blinker, which I thought to replace as well, also blinks rapidly. Replacing the rear blinker didn't correct the problem either, so now I'm wondering what I can try next. There are no LED bulbs in either.

It not the bulb the problem is the bulb holder connection. Just spray wd40 on the connectors (3) and the rubber gasket ( to make installation easier). I have to do this every 6 months or so.
