Automatic choke "Accent"

Default Automatic choke "Accent"
I have a Hyundai Accent petrol y.o.m. 1997. Carburettor type. Was wondering whether there is any sort of way to adjust the RPM when the automatic choke is in operation. It goes up to around 2000rpm initially. Wish to decrease it to at least 1500rpm. Is this possible?
