I have 5k mi on my Tuscon and it has not started four times. In the last six months Ihave had 3 batteries, 2 800 CA battery and the last was a 1000 CA battery. Is this going to fix the problem?

If the car only has 5k, why are you worrying about it? That's what the warranty is for. Take it to the dealer.
