Default Electrcal system issue 2016 sonata

Hello. Hope someone can assist. All of the dash lights including the screen go black frequently. Dealership said they have no clue.
Also, the radio screen goes blank and the media, phone, radio and all buttons do not work. Happens frequently. Dealership said no clue.
The turn signals still work when this happens as well as the overhead interior lights. They checked all fuses and all are ok.
Also, the radio kept playing for about 20 minutes once the car was turned off and doors locked.
Anyone ever heard of this? Also bought new battery; didn't help. Thanks for any advice!

You may notice the radio may play, for a period of time because there is a designed delay built into the system. Power windows probably will work also.

If any problem caused a fuse to blow, they don't reset themselves, but need to be replaced.
A good part of the time when power is lost/not supplied to a component ,temporarily, it stops working , then when power is available again , everything starts working again.
This is what we call an intermittent problem and can be quite time consuming to pin down and are considered a technician's nightmare because you have to either wait for the problem to show itself or hope it can be found without too much time and trouble. If it takes a tech a few hours to find it, the cost may not make you very happy.

I wouldn't call this advice, but somebody needs to place a recorder in the circuit or a visual sign (test light) so if and when power is interrupted you can see it and have some idea where the loss is taking place.
