I think that the web sites advertising is quite impressive about what they are selling, so I say this...if you dont own one and you dont know anyone who does own one and they can tell you that is SILLY, then maybe you shouldn't cut down the product that you dont know about yourself...

E-mail them for information about the product and research it before you cut it down aimlessly.

They are pretty much snake oil. Someone on one of the other boards bought one cheap on ebay just to debunk it, and.... he did. They use more power than they create.
