Default help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

im new to the forum and i need some help.

i just bought a 2000 tiburon 2 weeks ago off my brother for $2000. it ran fine for him and ran fine for me up until monday. I got gas at a snappy's and thats when hell broke lose. It runs fine when cold but when it warms up it doesnt want to run. It will run ok if you ease on the gas but if you punch it it starts to cut out at 4000rpm. I drained the gas put in a new fuel filter, new plugs and it still acts up. I took it to a garage that is just for imports and had him hook it up to the diagnostic computer and it didnt throw and codes. everone says its the mass air flow sensor but if you unhook it it still runs like it does when its pluged in. the longer you drive it the worse it gets. It took me 2.5 hours to go 4 miles the other day, cause it kept shutting off. im out of ideas and almost money but i love this car and want to keep it. If anyone know what this is or has had it happen to them please help me out i dont know much about these but i know there a blast to drive. By the way it only has 93.000 miles and is fully loaded if that means anything and the guy at the garage doesnt even know where to begine. Thanks for any help you can give me its really appriciated

To me, that confirms the MAF sensor is the culprit. If you unplug it, it *should* get worse if the sensor is doing anything. The fact that it doesn't change tells me it's not doing anything and therefore it's bad.
