Hi everyone,

I have a 2012 Hyundai Elantra. I noticed that in the maintenance log, they require that tire rotations be done at regular intervals but never stipulate tire balancing. Am I overlooking anything, or is it indeed the case that regular tire balancing is not required per the maintenance schedule?

 

They only need to be balanced if you feel a vibration or see unusual tire wear or have the car aligned.

I get my tires rotated every oil change and balanced every other. Just because you don't feel a vibration doesn't mean they aren't out of balance.
