Default Hyundai I10 Washer problem

Hi I have a 2009 i10 and the rear washer is not working.

I have swopped the water pipes over to see if there is a blockage and it works ok which lead me to think it was the motor.

I have purchased 2 replacement pumps and this has not sorted out the problem.

a quick follow up.

Have checked voltages at the connector one has 12 volts the other is reading 3.0 volts.

There is some noise coming from the motor when I use the front washer and only a little when I use the back one.

Question. is there a relay that could be causing this. if so where would it be located
Any assistance in sorting this out would be appreciated.

Without a wiring diagram to see just where power goes when the rear washer is energized, the only other way I can think of is to trace from the rear washer switch follow the wire color and see if it goes directly to the rear washer motor. If it does, that makes checking a lot simpler. I(f you have good power (12 volts) coming out of the rear washer sw, then you should have 12 volts at the rear washer motor when selected. If you do have the 12 volts when selected either the motor is defective or possi9bly a poor ground connection for that motor..
