Let me tell you about my problem..

I bought crashed Hyundai Santa Fe 2.4 FWD with VIN 5NMS23ADXKH029059 from Canada and export the car to Europe.
The car was with 1 opened airbag /the wheel/.

I repaired the airbag and seatbelts and i send the airbag module (95910S2000) to clean the crash data.

Ok, but they could not clear it and now the module can not recognize the car (everything flash on the dashboard).

I want to buy a new but from Hyundai Europe told me that they can not install the module couse the car is USA version.

Now I need to buy a used.

Can you tell me if you know is the VIN number "locked"?

Is it possible to install a used module on my car?
Will it work?
