running on three cylinders

Default running on three cylinders

I have a hyundai lantra 1800, I ran out of oil the engine stopped I waited till it cooled down put some oil in it started ok but its running on three cylinders, one machanic says there's no compression one machanic said change the plugs and leads whats the best thing to do?

ran out of oil ???????????

I bet there is some engine damage; crank and/or cam bearing,
